- Industrial Diamond Grinding: We use planetary diamond grinders to remove “laitance” (the soft top layer of concrete) and open the pores. This ensures a mechanical bond that “welds” the epoxy to the slab.
- Crack & Joint Repair: We don’t just paint over cracks. We chase out fractures and fill expansion joints with specialized polyurea fillers. This creates a seamless, monolithic surface that won’t “telegraph” cracks through your new finish.
- Vapour Barrier & Priming: We apply a deep-penetrating, moisture-blocking primer. This prevents “osmotic blistering” and bubbles caused by ground moisture rising through the concrete.
- Basecoat & Design Application: This is the core build layer. Whether you’ve chosen a high-density Vinyl Flake system for a garage or a Metallic Lustre for a showroom, we apply a thick, self-levelling resin base.
